Managing C2C Payment Methods
Adding Payment Methods
Profile -> C2C Settings -> Payment Methods -> Add. Choose type (bank/Alipay/WeChat), enter details, submit for verification.
Editing/Deleting
Find the payment method in the list, tap edit or delete. Cannot delete if there are active orders using it.
Withdrawal Whitelist
An important security feature that limits withdrawals to pre-approved addresses only.
Enable Whitelist
Security Settings -> Withdrawal Address Management -> Enable Whitelist -> Complete security verification.
Add Addresses
Select coin and network, enter wallet address, add a label. New addresses have a cooling-off period (usually 24 hours).
Benefits
Even if your account is compromised, attackers can only withdraw to whitelisted addresses. New addresses require waiting through the cooling period.
Withdrawal Security Verification
Adjustable verification for withdrawals: email code, SMS code, Google Authenticator code, fund password. Keep at least two methods enabled.
Generating New Deposit Addresses
Deposit -> Select coin and network -> Generate new address (if available). Both old and new addresses remain valid.
