Changing Email
- Security Settings -> Email -> Change
- Verify via old email code + phone code + Google Authenticator code
- Enter new email and verify it
- 24-hour withdrawal freeze applies after change
Changing Phone Number
If you have access to old number
Security Settings -> Phone -> Change -> Verify old number + email + 2FA -> Enter new number
If old number is inaccessible
Contact Binance support -> Submit identity documents -> Wait for manual review (1-3 business days)
Changing Password
- Security Settings -> Password -> Change
- Enter current password (or use email verification if forgotten)
- Set new password (8+ chars, mixed case, number required)
- All sessions are logged out; 24-hour withdrawal freeze applies
Re-binding Google Authenticator
With backup key
Install on new phone, enter the saved backup key manually.
Without backup key
Security Settings -> Reset Google Authenticator -> Verify via email + phone -> Submit ID for review -> Wait 1-7 business days
